Reindeer Hide

We source our reindeer hides from a family run business up in the Arctic Circle who have gained a reputation across Scandinavia for their consistent fine quality.
Hides are a by product of farming reindeer for food and they are naturally cured without the use of chemicals.
Reindeer hides are a beautiful mix of grey, brown and cream shades and the natural variation of shading gives each hide a unique pattern. They have a soft, deep pile giving a luxurious feel.
fforest reindeer hides are premium quality and shedding is therefore kept to a minimum.

If you have stayed with us at our camp or drank coffee in our cafe, you'll have experienced the warmth and cosiness that the reindeer hides bring to any interior.
We love them draped over an armchair or sofa and on the floor as a fireside rug.
